Billie has worked in publishing and events for more than 20 years and is the driving force behind McCullough Moore.

Her extensive experience and knowledge gained working for several leading publishers provided her with the expertise to set up McCullough Moore. Billie's achievements include launching magazines, directories, websites, conferences and associations across a number of business sectors.

Paul Davis

Paul Davis - Sales Manager

Paul has worked for more than 24 years within the food, media and office equipment industries.

Having worked for 17 years in the B2B media industry, Paul has extensive event and publishing experience and has successfully launched three B2B exhibitions in the UK, India and China markets.

Shirley Stafford

Shirley Stafford - Operations Manager

Shirley Stafford joined McCullough Moore in February 08 having spent six years as a senior meetings manager on the Neuroscience and Ophthalmology Account for Pfizer Inc. on behalf of PPSI.

Prior to this Shirley graduated with a Bachelors Degree with Honors in Hotel & Catering Management. Upon conclusion of her degree, Shirley completed a Graduate Training Program in Florida, USA for 18 months. It was during this time, where she gained valuable experience ranging from organizing social events and executive board meetings, to enormous sales conferences.

Angie Bradbury

Angie Bradbury - Membership Coordinator

Angie has an extensive background in telephone sales and customer support. Originally she worked in the construction industry before moving into the fashion industry working for Swarovski. Here she was responsible for creating designs for shows and haute couture, and exhibiting the Swarovski product range at many shows.

Elaine Goddard

Elaine Goddard - Membership Coordinator

Elaine has more than 15 years experience organising exhibition stands for companies she has worked for, so knows from a customer point of view what help and support is required. Elaine has always worked at the customer-facing end of the business and her customer care is second to none.

Rod Callaway

Rod Callaway - Event Manager

Rod Callaway has spent 30 years in the travel business and the last 25 years involved in event management including organising intimate dinner parties, industry parties for up to 1000 people, golf breaks in Spain, Portugal and Florida and company incentive travel groups all over the world. He has also been involved in organising meetings, seminars, training sessions and conferences and exhibitions in the UK.

Pam Crodden

Pam Crodden - Senior Sales Executive

Pam joined McCullough Moore in July 2008, having already enjoyed 'quite a few years' in advertising sales. Pam started her working life in the travel industry advising and booking business people and holiday makers alike on all their travel requirements worldwide. She then moved into the newspaper advertising working her way up from Telesales Girl to Classified Advertisement Manager on both daily and weekly circulations. While developing her sales experience in this industry Pam achieved National Telesales Girl of the Year. Finding her way into advertising sales in Business to Business publications is where Pam gained most of her sales experience and when the opportunity came to expand on her experience into an Events Management company she joined McCullough Moore in her current role.

Rod Callaway

Meg Thompson - Assistant Events Coordinator

Having shown a natural flare for organising events and parties for friends, family and fellow students, Meg worked for McCullough Moore during the summer of 2007 to gain work experience within the events industry. After gaining 3 A-levels in English Literature, Information Communication Technology and Travel and Tourism in June 2008 she joined the company on a permanent basis and hasn't looked back since! She now works across a number of industry events and is an invaluable member of the team.
