McCullough Moore is a full-service meeting management company specialising in the seamless implementation of medical conferences and exhibitions, both nationally and abroad.

We can assist pharmaceutical companies and medical universities with programs ranging in size from 10 to 1200 participants.

Our staff have experience of planning and managing a wide range of global events, from advisory boards and start-up meetings to investigator events, association congresses, product launches, sales force meetings and speaker training events.

McCullough Moore works very closely with their clients to achieve their marketing goals and educational objectives, while keeping within proposed budgets and timelines. With our vast knowledge of and relationships with venues, congress secretariats, and local suppliers, we assist clients before, during, and after a meeting.

We can provide staging, event production, audio-visual excellence and can work with partner medical communication agencies to develop branding, design, and interactive capabilities to expand the impact of the meeting far beyond the days on-site through creation of enduring materials, websites, newsletters, and publications.
