
January 2007 - Launch of Foodies on Tour – Behind the scenes at Disney, Orlando
The tailor-made foodservice educational programme, devised for UK professionals is the result of a 12-month collaboration between McCullough Moore and the Disney Institute.
Taking place from September 4 to 8, 08, this five-day study tour combines a unique learning experience – whether you are a chef, operations manager, menu planner, sales executive or marketeer - with the ‘Florida Restaurant and Lodging Show’, which is fast becoming a must attend for Foodies worldwide.
‘Foodies on Tour’ will transport delegates behind the scenes as well as to the front line to savour a world of delectable dining with character, signature, casual and quick service dining experiences. Every breakfast, lunch and dinner will offer a different learning experience and the bespoke workshops, presentations and back-of-house trips developed for this tour are inspirational.
