Caroline Bunning, Nottinghamshire County Council – This is my first conference. A good opportunity to put faces to names, talk to existing suppliers and colleagues and meet new people.
Lynda Brown, Catering Academy Ltd – First time visitor - gained useful insight into other areas of care catering.

Anon – Overall relaxed atmosphere, chance to network and meet up with old colleagues and meet many new ones.
John Lunnun, Nottingham City Council- I enjoyed the theme, which highlighted the uncertainty of contemporary culting and the linked ideas of change and the need to change how we deliver our services

Shona Strachan, Fife Council- I liked the informality of the room arrangement on the Friday morning. It also provides the opportunity for suppliers to showcase their goods eg. Water, snacks, juices etc.

Gill Thrush, HNHA- Thought it was excellent, as press climax is slightly depressed less exhibitors but hopefully that will improve for next year. The pre-conference looked good. Gala Dinner looked fantastic, tables were stunning and the entertainment at the pre-conf was spot-on.
